Tanya is a member of the Alternative Therapy Professional Association.  Her skills include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy, and Trigger Point Massage.  She is currently enrolled in classes at Rasmussen College in Brooklyn Park for Hot Stone Therapy and Sports Massage.  She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends as well as league bowling.

Shelly is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in the combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to provide a massage that is both therapeutic and extremely relaxing. She is passionate about seeing people live their best lives by helping them reduce pain and ease tension so that they can be free to enjoy activities without physical limitations. Shelly believes that massage is a very tangible way to have a positive effect on the world around her. Each therapy session is uniquely tailored to meet the client's individual needs.  Shelly graduated from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
