Mona, Certified Massage Therapist
Mona is a graduate of Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork. She has been practicing massage for 23 years. She is trained in Esalen, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy (Prenatal), Myofascial Release, Sports, Chair and Therapeutic Massage. She tailors each massage to the individual by listening to their needs. She loves doing massage as much or even more today as when she did when she first started.Mona lives in Hugo with her husband Jack and her mom, Doris. Between them, they have 3 adult children, and 2 grandkids. Mona loves to read, garden, and be outdoors. But most of all, she loves spending time with her grandkids.
